Governing Boards
The Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation has three levels of membership. They include the Board of Governors, His Majesty's Council and the Ak-Sar-Ben Friends. Governors and Councillors membership is by invitation only but all who support the mission of the organization are invited to be a member of the Ak-Sar-Ben Friends.
Board of Governors
To be considered for membership a Govenor must be a CEO, President or highest ranking position of a significant employer or organization with a significant impact in the region. The Foundation currently has 22 Governors.

His Majesty's Council
To be considered for membership a Councillor must hold a senior leadership position in a business, professional firm or government entity in the region. The Foundation currently has 13 Councillors.
