Beth joined the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation in 1998 as Vice President and was recently name President in January of 2004. Her responsibilities included board and program management and fund-raising efforts for the River City Roundup Fair and Festival.
She holds a Bachelors of Arts with a double major in Journalism and Political Science and a Masters of Public Administration from Iowa State University. Prior to joining the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation, she served as Office Manager for Senator Charles Grassley in his Washington Office and as Assistant Director to the Iowa State Fair Foundation in Des Moines Iowa.
She is president-elect of the Nebraska Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, Public Relations Chair of the Junior League of Omaha, Community Relations Chair of the Rose Theater Guild, and a member of the Omaha Agribusiness Club. In 2001 Beth was named as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Omahans by the Omaha Jaycees.

Matt is originally from Yankton, South Dakota and graduated from South Dakota State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and minors in Agriculture Business and Agriculture Marketing.
Prior to joining the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation, he served as 4-H Activities & Events Manager for University of Nevada Cooperative Extension and as an Extension Assistant in Youth Development/4-H for the South Dakota Cooperative Extension Service where he oversaw the 4-H youth livestock and horse programs.
Matt joined the Knights of Ak-Sar-Ben Foundation in March, 2006. In his role, he works directly with the Ak-Sar-Ben 4-H Livestock Exposition, Auction Buyers Club (ABC) Committee and River City Roundup fundraising. He is also responsible for board member activities and program assessment along with fiscal and human resources responsibilities. In addition, he serves on the National 4-H Livestock Judging Contest Management Committee in Louisville, Kentucky and also serves as Chairman of the National 4-H Livestock Skillathon Contest.
